Trustee
Anthony Strong was born and educated in the UK and undertook specialist neurosurgical training at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. His principal clinical specialist interests were in the surgery of blood vessels supplying the brain and benign tumours within the cranial cavity.
In parallel with this, he has maintained an active research programme studying basic mechanisms of brain injury. This has continued since his retirement from clinical neurosurgical practice in 2005. He has been a Founder Trustee of HeadFirst since 1988 and lives in London with wife Jennifer. He has four children and four grandchildren.
